We accept childcare vouchers from all voucher providers as well as HMRC Tax Free childcare – please email us with the name of the provider that you will be using and we will provide you with our unique reference number. The same applies for Tax Free childcare information you may require.
Invoice Issue Dates and Fees Due Dates
Invoices are issued and Fees are due as per the below schedule – in the event of non-payment of fees as per the below schedule, drop offs and collections must be placed on hold until the fees are brought back up to date.
Autumn term – invoice for full Autumn term issued by 17th July
1st August – 1/3 of total invoice due
1st September – 1/3 of total invoice due
1st October – 1/3 of total invoice due
Spring term – invoice for full Spring term issued by 17th November
1st December – 1/3 of total invoice due
1st January – 1/3 of total invoice due
1st February – 1/3 of total invoice due
Summer term – invoice for full Summer term issued by 17th March
1st April – 1/3 of total invoice due
1st May – 1/3 of total invoice due
1st June – 1/3 of total invoice due
