Admissions and Enrolment

The Aston Club offers Before and After school care, as well as Holiday care, for children in Reception to Year 6 inclusive.

We offer a small group environment for both Before and After School care, with typically 8 children at breakfast club, and 24 at our after school club, with children predominantly in Reception to Year 2.

Places at the Aston Club are offered to older siblings of children currently attending the nursery, current Preschool leavers, former children of the nursery, as well as new children who may not have attended the nursery prior to starting school.

All places are offered and booked on a full term-by-term basis, subject to availability, with priority offered to those with siblings currently at the nursery, current Preschool leavers, and former children of the nursery.

There is no guarantee of a place for each subsequent full term and nor are parents committed to booking for the following full term.

Holiday care can be booked during the school term – our maximum number of children attending the Holiday Club is 8 children per day.

Ad hoc extra bookings are permitted where availability and drop off / collection arrangements permit.

Drop offs and collections to and from school can only commence once fees for the full term are recevied.

All enrolments and enrolment windows are subject to availability, and for any child who is new to us (having not attended our nursery previously) also a trial period.

**Enrolment windows for 2026-2027 academic year are as follows**

29th April 2026 to 3rd June 2026 – enrolment open for children with younger siblings who will be attending the nursery as of 1st October 2025 or due to start at our nursery after this date, and our current Preschool September 2026 leavers.

4th June 2026 to 2nd July 2026 – subject to places remaining available, enrolment open for both former children of our nursery who were with us until 30th June in the year they left for Reception at school and also those who attended the before and/or after school club in the Summer Term of academic year 2025-2026.

3rd July 2026 to 16th July 2026 – subject to places remaining available, enrolment open for all children who require before and/or after school care at Hampton Infants and Juniors. Priority given to younger children on a like for like booking pattern basis.

17th July 2026 onwards – enrolments received after this date can usually only be considered for the Spring Term starting in January 2026 – please feel free to email us to enquire in case we are able to assist. The exception to this is for those children with younger siblings currently, or due to begin, at our nursery – enrolment can be accepted at anytime as part of our nursery terms to guarantee a before and after school care place for their older siblings.
