We select Practitioners for our nursery based on their personality, having a very caring nature, enthusiasm and passion for the role, and experience and qualifications. This enables us to build and develop a team that can deliver a fully rounded childcare experience.
Our comprehensive 12 week staff induction programme covers all aspects of nursery operation and extensive in room practices to familiarise themselves with our standards and procedures. All of our staff undergo Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks (previously CRB checks) and are required to complete both Paediatric First Aid and Basic Food Hygiene qualifications.
Our nursery is graduate led and our qualified, experienced managers and staff ensure the children in our care receive the very best of everything. Each room has a dedicated Room Manager who continually monitors the daily activities of all of the staff and children. Each child has a ‘Key Person’ who offers the child stability and familiarity giving them the one to one care they have grown to understand and rely on.
