The Children

Our Key Person approach gives each member of staff particular responsibility for just a few children. Each child has one special adult to relate to, which can make settling into the group much easier. The Key Person has a buddy that helps to share the responsibility. The Key Person observes and creates individual next steps for your child linked to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). The Key Person builds special relationships with the child and family to continue to aid learning and development.

All meals are nutritionally balanced and freshly prepared by our full time nursery cook at an award winning standard. We provide breakfast, mid-morning snack, cooked lunch, mid-afternoon snack, dinner and a late afternoon snack. Menus are on display outside each room and also on the Current Week’s Menu page on the website. All drinks, water, milk and juice are provided. Special dietary needs are catered for across all age groups.
